We are currently looking for a Senior Electronic Repair Technician to meet the growing demand of our customers. 

Job description:

  • Analyze, diagnose, and repair electronic equipment such as
    • Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)
    • Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
    • AC/DC Power Supplies
    • Operator interfaces (HMI)
    • AC/DC/Servo Drives & Motors
    • Softstart electronics
    • and other equipment
  • Establish repair requirements for defective equipment to prepare quotes
  • Make requests to purchase materials to complete repairs
  • Provide support to customers
  • Follow and complete work orders

Your skills:

  • You have over 5 years of experience in electronic repair.
  • You have a DEC in industrial electronics, electrical engineering or a professional diploma in electronic repair.
  • You are familiar with PCB soldering.
  • You have a good knowledge of control, microcontrollers and power electronics.
  • You are familiar with various measuring devices such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, metric current clamps and power supplies.
  • You thrive on challenges and have a highly developed analytical mind, a good sense of resourcefulness, and a high degree of autonomy.
  • Experience working with AC/DC/Servo drives would be an asset.
